Step 1 · Area

Let’s start with the lawn.

How much turf are you thinking about? A rough number is fine. This is a guesstimate, not a final measurement.

Choose a putting green level and add its own square footage. Leave it at “No putting green” if it’s not part of the project.

Step 4 · Edging

How should the edges be finished?

Choose one. If the yard doesn’t need any edging, skip it.

If yes, gopher wire is added at $2.25 per square foot across the turf and putting green areas.

Big trees with aggressive roots near the area (pines, etc.)?

Sheldon will check this on the site visit — it can affect the final price.
